Engineering Solutions
Across my career, the work that doesn't fit a portfolio thumbnail has often been the most consequential. Deploying a training platform for 2,000+ users. Developing a VR demo that preceded a $50M investment. Designing an AR experience that won a SxSW Innovation Award. Managing IT infrastructure and AV systems for a multi-site organization. Running a social media operation from strategy to production to analytics.
These projects live at the intersection of creative and technical — where someone has to understand both sides well enough to build something that works. That's the role I've filled across every single organization of which I've been a part. Below is a compilation of some of the best of that work!
ACS Academy
ACS Academy is HP's internal training and enablement platform for the Advanced Compute Solutions division, built on Unboxed's Spoke platform and supporting 2,000+ users globally.

Platform Design & Administration
At HP in the ACS GTM division I have served as the primary administrator in the design and implementation of ACS Academy, a brand new training platform built on the Spoke SaaS service. Standing it up meant making decisions about org structure, user permissions, content architecture, and backend configuration before a single course went live. Two years later it supports 2,000+ sales specialists, generalists, and business development managers across HP's global Advanced Compute Solutions division. We even launched an external-facing partner version to share training and resources with HP's partners across the globe.
Day-to-day administration covers user onboarding and management, asset configuration and assignment, Smartsheet workflow automations for content tracking and event lifecycles, and email campaign infrastructure through Poppulo. AI tools are woven into the operational layer throughout: accelerating asset analysis and categorization, assisting with HR and user management workflows, generating thumbnail variations at scale, and handling copy-writing tasks that would otherwise create bottlenecks. When a new team needs to onboard, I scope the setup, run the consultation, and write the documentation.
Tools: Spoke (ACS Academy), AI Tools (Copilot, Generative Image Tools, etc), Excel, Smartsheet, Poppulo, Articulate Rise & Storyline (SCORM pipeline), Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & After Effects, Davinci Resolve

Content Systems & Learning Design
I not only manage and deploy the training content other teams create, but I also build content myself:
-
Interactive training courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise, developed with SME engagement and deployed on the LMS
-
Curricula architecture, course packs, learning journeys with built-in assessments, and post-completion surveys to track efficacy
-
Instructor-led training coordination including scheduling, attendance reconciliation, and post-event recording management with reciprocal equivalency assignments
AI has become a core part of the production pipeline here too. AI-generated Video transcription fed into Copilot for multi-length summary copy, AI-assisted content tagging, and generative tools for asset creation all compress timelines that would otherwise be hard to sustain at this volume with a lean team.

Brand & Design System
When ACS Academy launched, it needed more than a functional platform; it needed a visual identity. I designed the brand from scratch: logo, icon sets, thumbnail templates for different content types, Spotlight news article layouts, and how-to guides and tutorial videos for the platform itself. Every visual touchpoint a user encounters on the platform, from course cards to email headers to onboarding materials, runs through a system I built and continue to maintain. About a year into the launch of the platform, HP underwent a complete brand redesign and I pivoted my design system to match the new brand language and styling to align with the refreshed guidelines.
The workflows I deploy are a mix of precision tools and AI-assisted generation. Figma handles design system structure and UI work. Photoshop and Illustrator cover custom asset creation. After Effects and DaVinci Resolve handle motion and video. Copilot and generative image tools come in for rapid ideation, thumbnail variations, and copy-writing: speeding up the parts of the process where volume and timing matters more than manual craft.
